Installation instructions for DirectoryMonitor 1. Go to www.automateyourprocess.com 2. Click Downloads. 3. Click on the DirectoryMonitor link, choose "Run". 4. Choose Run to Internet Explorer security warning. 5. At the WinZip Self-extractor dialog, keep default directory & overwrite files checked. 6. Click "Unzip" button. 7. Click "Ok" to the unzip sucessful confirmation. 8. Click "Close" button. 9. Go back to the Downloads page of the website. Click "Run DirectoryMonitor" link. 10. Click "Run" on the security warning dialog. 11. Click "Ok" to the "Please Register" dialog box. 12. Enter in Registered User and License Key. 13. Click "Ok" to "Registration complete" confirmation dialog. 14. Click on the DirectoryMonitor icon on the Task Bar. 15. Ensure that paths exist in the Watched and Destination Folders. 16. Ensure "Delete Files on startup is NOT checked. 17. Ensure Print to Printer IS checked. Select your printer. 18. Ensure cycles to Timeout=30 and Seconds per cycle=2. 19. Ensure Move to Destination Folder and Delete Files on Startup ARE checked. 20. Click "Save Setting" button at bottom. click "Ok" to confirmation dialog. 21. Click Help menu, then About. 22. Click "Create Shortcuts" button. Click "Ok" to 2 different confirmations. 23. Click "Install Ghostscript" button. 24. Click "Setup". 25. Ensure Install to directory C:\Program Files\gs 26. Ensure "All Users" checkbox is unchecked. 27. Ensure Install "Ghostscript Fonts" is checked. 28. Click "Install" button. 29. After installation is complete, close out of Windows Explorer that shows Ghostscript. 30. Click "Close" button in the About dialog of DirectoryMonitor. 31. Close out of Directory Monitor (red X in upper right). 32. Restart computer. 33. Make sure DirectoryMonitor starts at logon to your Windows machine. 34. To create a Remote desktop short-cut, Start->All Programs->Accessories->Remote Desktop 35. Click options button to expan options. 36. On general tab, enter "Computer" as instructed in email. 37. On Display tab, choose "Full screen", High color 16 bit, check "Display connection bar". 38. On Local Resources tab, sound=leave @ remote, "Apply key combo"=Remote, click clipboard. 39. On Local Resources tab, click "More button", check "C:" only. 40. On Programs tab, make sure nothing is there. 41. Click "Experience" tab, "Broadband", check only: "Desktop composition", "Show contents", "Window & menu animation", "Menu", "Themes", "Bitmap", "Reconect" 42. Click back on to the "General" Tab. Click "Save As" 43. In the "Save in", choose Desktop. 44. In the "File name" field, type rd1.rdp 45. Click "Save" button. 46. click Cancel. 47. Go to desktop and double click on to the rd1 short-cut. Enter user name and password. 48. To log off from the Remote Desktop, click Start -> Logoff
